The Satellite Images of Tarascı

    Tarascı is one of the most developed towns of the district Seydisehir.It is in the west of Seydisehir,8 km away from the district.Tarascı town has a horizontal localization.Its being near to the Seydisehir contributed to the development.In the town vegetables,cereals,and beetrot are grown.The agricultural land named ‘İgdis Yazisi’is surrounded by Seydisehir Akcalar town,Karabulak village,and Gevrekli town.Around the town garedening and commercial groving of hothouse flowers is done.Hothouse flowering is developed in recent years.At hothouses lettuce and onion are grown,in summers tomatoes and cucumbers are grown a month before the usual time.Especially in Seydisehir Bazaar,Tarascı products are preferred.In Bayırardı viniculture is done.There are some summer houses in Bayırardı.

There are generally pine trees on Tarascı mountains.At a limited part of Akdağ there are spruces.Passing over the higher parts the treeland disappears.Chamois grown in the area harms the trees.In summers the weather is cool and warm.In winters the weather is cold.In the borders of Tarascı there is a barrage and the second one in the process of building.
